Order Processing: We bake our products from scratch in small batches throughout the day to ensure that they are always fresh. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will usually be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Days: We generally ship orders from Monday to Friday to ensure that your order arrives promptly. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, as our perishable products require prompt delivery to guarantee freshness.

Delivery Time: To ensure that your order arrives on time, we suggest that you choose a delivery date that is 2-3 days prior to your desired delivery date, particularly for nationwide orders. Our shipping partners may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, and other external factors.

Shipping Method: We ship our products using trusted carriers, and we choose the shipping method that best suits your order. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your order using the tracking number provided to you in the email.
