We take the shipping of your order seriously and understand that packages can be damaged during transportation. For this reason, we take extra care in wrapping and packaging your items. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can assist you with a resolution.
Please note that once edible items have left our facilities, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any products.
If you receive an order that is damaged, please provide us with photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a refund or replacement for the damaged items.
If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing items, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and provide a resolution. We may ask for photos of the order as received to help us determine the issue.
