Soozel Sweets started with a simple goal: create exceptional desserts that people love and come back for again and again.

In just our first year, we built a loyal customer base through quality products, strong operations, and a delivery-first model — even in a location with very limited foot traffic.

Now we’re ready to grow.

Instead of traditional franchising, we are exploring a partner-operator model to bring Soozel to new cities and neighborhoods.

We are looking for the right people to grow with us.

What Makes Soozel Different

Soozel is not a typical bakery.

Our concept is built around:

• High-quality cookies, brownies, and dessert boxes
• Delivery-optimized operations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub)
• Counter takeout and neighborhood walk-in traffic
• Unique desserts including Persian-inspired specialties
• Small, efficient retail footprints

Our first location has proven strong demand and consistent delivery volume. The model is designed to scale.

The Opportunity

We are looking for hands-on operating partners to open and run Soozel locations in high-density towns and cities.

This is not a passive investment.

A partner-operator:

• Funds and operates the location
• Works in the business day-to-day
• Manages the team and daily operations
• Executes the Soozel system and menu

In return, you gain the ability to own and operate a proven concept without having to build a brand from scratch.

What Soozel Provides

We provide the system and support to help you launch and run the business successfully.

Partner support includes:

• Training at our flagship location
• Menu and recipe systems
• Kitchen layout and equipment guidance
• Supplier and packaging sourcing
• Delivery platform setup and optimization
• Brand identity and marketing guidance
• Operational playbook

We also provide certain ready-made dessert items (such as Tres Leches or Banana Pudding) for resale to help maintain quality and efficiency.

Ideal Partner Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

• Want to own and operate a food business
• Prefer executing a proven system rather than inventing one
• Are willing to be present in the business daily
• Have the capital required to launch a small retail food location
• Value quality, consistency, and customer experience

Food industry experience is helpful but not required.

Operational discipline and commitment are far more important.

Where We Are Looking to Expand

We are currently exploring expansion opportunities in:

• Jersey City
• Morristown
• Hoboken
• Other dense New Jersey towns with strong delivery demand

Future locations will focus on areas with strong residential density, delivery activity, and neighborhood walk-in traffic.

A Partnership Model — Not a Traditional Franchise

We are intentionally keeping the model simple.

Rather than traditional franchising structures, we are building long-term partnerships with owner-operators who share the same vision for quality and growth.

The goal is to expand carefully while protecting what makes Soozel special.
