We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We bake our products from scratch in small batches throughout the day to ensure that they are always fresh. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will usually be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
We generally ship orders from Monday to Friday to ensure that your order arrives promptly. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, as our perishable products require prompt delivery to guarantee freshness.
To ensure that your order arrives on time, we suggest that you choose a delivery date that is 2-3 days prior to your desired delivery date, particularly for nationwide orders. Our shipping partners may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, and other external factors.
We ship our products using trusted carriers, and we choose the shipping method that best suits your order. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may track your order using the tracking number provided to you in the email.
